Cavrine

Red Veneto wine, regional geographic indication

Produced on the Falcona morainic hills in a plot of land named “Cavrine”, where the name tells of land once held to be too poor for crops and left as pasture for goats. Today, thanks to modern vineyard layouts, it generates excellent grapes for vinification, bringing special organoleptic properties to the wine.

Grapes: Corvina, Rondinella, Sangiovese and Molinara.
Vinification: fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks.  Refinement for 12 months in oak barrels and then another 6 months in the bottle.
Characteristics: red wine with supple structure and a bouquet that reminds us of ripe blackcurrants and blackberries.
Alcohol content: 13% Vol.
Service: serve at a temperature of 18°.
Format: 0.75 liter Bordeaux bottle

Bianco di Custoza

Controlled designation of origin

Produced on the Falcona morainic hills in the typical Custoza area, exposed to the sun and well ventilated by breezes from Lake Garda.

Grapes: Garganega, Trebbiano toscano, Cortese, Pinot bianco, Chardonnay and Tocai Friulano.
Vinification: fermentation and refinement take place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
Characteristics: fruity straw yellow wine, supple and with proper body.
Alcohol content: 12% Vol.
Service: serve at a temperature of 11°.
Format: 0.75 liter Bordeaux bottle.

Falcona

sparkling white wine

Sparkling white wine made from grapes produced on the Falcona morainic hills that give it its name. The production area is in the municipality of Valeggio sul Mincio near Lake Garda.

Grapes: Pinot bianco Chardonnay 30%, Cortese 15%, Garganega 40% and Trebbiano toscano 15%.
Vinification: in steel barrels and subsequently in autoclaves where it undergoes controlled temperature fermentation.
Characteristics: a sparkling wine with a bright yellow color and fresh and fruity bouquet.
Alcohol content: 12% by volume.
Service: serve at a temperature of 11°.
Format: 0,75 liter bottle.

Pinot Grigio

Controlled designation of origin

Produced on the Falcona Morainic hills on medium-texture hillside soils made of sand, silt, clay and a substantial amount of stone.

Grapes: 100% Pinot Grigio.
Vinification: fermentation and refinement take place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
Characteristics: fresh and very fruity strong yellow-colored wine. Full-body, excellent as an aperitif, it perfectly goes with fish dishes.
Alcohol content: 12.5% by volume.
Service: serve at a temperature of 11°.
Format: 0,75 liter Bordeaux bottle.

Rosa di Lago

from grapes grown on hills

Produced on the Falcona morainic hills, light color, fresh and intense bouquet.

Grapes: Corvina 50% and Molinara 50%.
Vinification: fermentation starts with one night together with the skins that give it part of its color and aromas. Fermentation terminates in stainless steel tanks.
Characteristics: brilliant clear pink with decided fresh and fruity bouquet.
Alcohol content: 12% by volume.
Service: serve at a temperature of 10°.
Format: 0.75 liter Bordeaux bottle.

Pinea

Brut sparkling wine

Brut sparking white wine made using grapes from the “pinea” hills that gives it its name. Located in the Falcona Estate in the Municipality of Valeggio sul Mincio near Lake Garda.

Grapes: Pinot bianco 50% and Chardonnay 50%.
Vinification: in autoclaves according to the Martinotti controlled temperature and pressure method.
Characteristics: fresh wine with fruity bouquet.
Alcohol content: 12% by volume.
Service: serve at a temperature of 10°.
Format: 0,75 liter bottle.

Pinea Brut Rosato

Brut rosé

Produced on the Morainic hills of the “La Falcona Estate” in the municipality of Valeggio sul Mincio near Lake Garda. Made using Molinara grapes, poor in color but rich in flavors and pleasant acidity, which, combined with Corvina grapes, make this a very pleasant and elegant wine.

Grapes: Molinara 50% and Corvina 50%.
Vinification: short fermentation on the skins and then in autoclaves using the Charmat controlled temperature and pressure method.
Characteristics: brilliant light red wine with a fresh bouquet.
Alcohol content: 12% by volume.
Service: serve at a temperature of 10°.
Format: 0,75 liter bottle.

Monfaré

Zero classic method

Produced on the Falcona hills on poor stone soils that give us great wines.

Grapes: Pinot bianco 50% and Chardonnay 50%.
Vinification: natural yeast fermentation in the bottle for about 30 months followed by disgorging and topping up with zero dosage wine.
Characteristics: brilliant yellow with golden reflections, very fine perlage present to the taste and with a strong bouquet and rare fragrance.
Alcohol content: 12% by volume.
Service: serve at a temperature of 10°.
Format: 0,75 liter bottle for sparkling wines.
